All products purchased on HerSmile are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories intact
  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order ID) provided
How to raise a return request?

Refund timeline
