Welcome to HerSmile (hersmile.in). We are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Shipping Zones & Coverage

  • We ship to verified addresses all across India.

  • At this moment, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Charges & Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services (like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location (metro cities usually get faster deliveries compared to tier-2/tier-3 towns or remote areas).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

  • To ensure seamless delivery and reduce delivery failures, all COD orders go through a quick verification process.

  • You may receive an automated WhatsApp message or a phone call from our team to confirm your order details and availability before dispatch.

  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled after 48 hours of placement.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the real-time movement of your package.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address & Undelivered Packages

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a valid phone number and PIN code.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, wrong PIN code, or repeated unavailability of the recipient, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the order again.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with from the outside, please do not accept the delivery and immediately report it to us.

  • Pro-Tip: We highly recommend taking an unboxing video when you open your parcel. In case of any missing or damaged products, this video helps us resolve the issue and process a replacement instantly.
