3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

  • If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail, WhatsApp number, or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping, Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

  • COD Orders: We reserve the right to verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Unverified or unresponsive orders may be cancelled automatically.

  • Refused Deliveries: If an order is shipped and refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to deduct standard shipping and handling charges before processing any eligible refunds, and we may restrict future COD privileges for that account.

5. Return, Refund & Fraud Prevention

Your purchases are strictly subject to our Return and Refund Policy:

  • Strict Policy: Returns and refunds are ONLY accepted for damaged, defective, or incomplete orders. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or personal preference due to the hygiene nature of personal care items.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged/defective item, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory.

  • Any attempt to upload fraudulent videos, tampered media, or false claims will result in immediate account termination and legal blocking from our platform.

  • Our website may contain links to third-party tools, payment gateways, or websites (such as payment processors or logistics partners) that are not affiliated with us.

  • We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies before you engage in any transaction.

  • Usage of personal care products should be done as per directions. We highly recommend doing a patch test before full application of any personal care cosmetic item to avoid allergic reactions, for which HerSmile holds no liability.

  • These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kharagpur West Bengal.
